Sport classes are a great way to build your bond, burn off some energy and try something new with your dog.
Try something New!- If you want a way to keep your active dog busy or your older dog mentally spry, there is a sport for every dog. Check out our Nosework, Rally and Trick classes to find the best fit for you.
Small Classes- Classes are limited to 5-6 teams so they are a great supportive environment! Our 1200sq ft open space facility provides enough room to spread out and work through exercises.
Have Fun!- Whether you are interested in competing or just want to do something different with your dog, our low pressure classes are a great way to experience dog sports.
Nosework
Dogs are trained to locate and indicate on specific odor (birch, anise, clove and cypress)
Odor is hidden to mimic real uses for dogs such as searching vehicles, interior spaces, luggage or outdoors
Particularly great for adolescent or generally independent dogs to do something they take the lead on
Easy to set up and play at home!
Rally
A fun twist on obedience where dogs and humans follow a course of signs
Signs have a variety of obedience skills such as fronts, finishes, stays, position changes and specific heeling patterns
A great sport to build more focus and connection between teams and to improve those practical manners skills in a fun way!
Tricks
Learn a variety of tricks to challenge your dog's brain and up your training skills
Classes vary in which tricks are taught based on students goals and abilities
AKC Trick Title evaluations are offered as a part of the class!

6 Week Class for $180
October 29th Tuesdays at 7:15pm
Dogs will learn to associate a novel scent (birch) with reinforcement and how to search for it. Teams will build their searching and indicating skills through a variety of games. Dogs learn to search items indoors, outdoors (if weather permits) and containers.
Starter kits will be included for all students so you can practice at home!
6 Week class for $180
In the second level of Nosework, Anise is added to their scent library. Teams learn how to handle multiple hides in one search and build these skills throughout the class.
Other skills such as searching vehicles, buried hides and elevated hides will be introduced based on weather and progress.
Anise kits will be provided. Must have completed Intro to Nosework!
6 Week Class $180
Continue to build more advanced searching skills while adding Clove and Cypress in the mix. Searches include more hides, higher elevated hides, inaccessible hides, and suspended hides. Exterior searches and vehicles will be included weather permitting.
Scent kits for clove and cypress will be included. Must have completed Nosework Skills!

Need more nosework? Join us for a weekly drop in class where searches are set for teams to practice. Different skills can be focused on depending on goals and requests are welcome!
Class is held outdoors in nice weather and is a relaxed and fun group.
Must have completed Intro to Nosework or equivalent. This class is for dogs who have been paired with odor and have basic searching skills.

Start here to learn the foundations for the fun sport of Rally.
Take your dog's attention and focus to the next level while learning new skills.
We will start foundations for heeling, front and finishes, all the stays, working for delayed reinforcement, and ring routine skills.
Must have completed Adventure Ready Dog!

Put those new Rally Skills to practice in Rally Signs. In this class you will learn how to confidently read rally signs (AKC and C-WAGS) beyond just Novice levels. The course will work on differentiating between similar signs, and starting to put signs together to a course. More advanced skills will also be taught as we learn more signs. We will end the session with a full course!
6 Week Class for $180
You have the Skills, you are learning those signs, now let’s put it all together with sequences. This class will continue to build on more difficult skills and signs, while focusing on mini courses. Reducing lures and reinforcement will also be a major focus to get ready to trial!
Weekly Drop in $20
Finished for the Season!
Weekly Drop in for the Summer! AKC virtual titling courses will be set with the option to video for title submission. Or just come to play!
Course will be set outdoors for space so weather dependent. If class is canceled due to weather, you will be given the option to move to a different week!

Tricks are a great way to get your dog thinking and bond as a team, not to mention a great way to show off. The class will cover foundations for teaching tricks, and then appropriate tricks will be worked on by each team. Tricks taught will be chosen based on each dog’s interest and abilities.
The option to be evaluated for the AKC Trick Dog titles will be offered at the end of class. For more information on the AKC Trick Dog program, check out their website.
